Cruise operator begs forgiveness after tour boat with 26 people onboard goes missing off coast of Japan

The operator of a pleasure cruise line dropped to his knees and begged forgiveness after he approved a doomed trip for a sightseeing boat that went missing off the coast of Hokkaido in northern Japan.
